Privacy Policy
How Exnta handles your information when you visit our website, use our browser extensions, or install our Android apps.
1. Scope & app notices
Exnta ("we", "us", or "our") publishes exnta.com, browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Edge, and Android applications. This policy applies to these services and to future Exnta apps and extensions that link to it.
Each product uses only the features relevant to it. An offline game does not automatically use the account, licensing, or website analytics features described below. App-specific notices explain the actual information, permissions, and integrations used by that app and take precedence for those details.
2. Information we handle
- Support: Your email address, message, and any troubleshooting details or attachments you choose to send. Please avoid sending passwords, payment credentials, or unrelated personal information.
- Accounts and licenses, where offered: Account contact details, authentication information, license keys, and verification records needed to provide an account or paid feature. Not every product has an account.
- Browser extensions: Depending on the tool, an extension may read product or page content on supported websites to perform your requested action and store preferences, license information, or exported results in your browser or on your device. Local processing does not itself send those results to Exnta. Online features such as license validation communicate the information needed for that feature.
- Android apps: Apps may store settings, local profiles, progress, or purchase records on your device. The app notice identifies the actual categories, whether anything leaves your device, and how to remove it.
- Website access: Our hosting provider processes connection and request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time, to deliver and protect the website.
- Website analytics: This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and page interactions. It uses cookies or similar identifiers and processes browser, device, and website activity information. Website analytics is separate from data handled inside an extension or Android app. See Google's Privacy Policy.
3. How we use information
- Provide requested features, remember preferences, and maintain local app progress.
- Validate licenses and process or restore purchases where available.
- Answer support requests, diagnose problems, and improve website usability.
- Protect services against abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
- Provide optional advertising in supported apps, subject to the app notice and applicable consent choices.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide a service you request, with consent where required, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as service security and responding to support requests, subject to your rights.
4. Payments & sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information needed to operate the service with hosting, email support, analytics, payment, and optional app advertising providers. Advertising providers may process identifiers and interactions as described in the relevant app notice. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and our services.
- Extension and web purchases: Where offered, Lemon Squeezy handles checkout and payment information. Exnta may receive order details, customer email, and license or subscription status to fulfill purchases and provide support. See Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.
- Android purchases: Where enabled, Google Play Billing handles payment. The app may receive product identifiers, purchase tokens, purchase status, and entitlements to validate and restore purchases. Availability depends on the app and distribution version.
- Google services: Website analytics, Google Play, and optional AdMob services are covered by Google's Privacy Policy. Each app notice identifies the integrations it uses.
Exnta does not receive or store full payment card numbers or card security codes. Third-party websites, stores, and services have their own privacy practices.
5. Android apps & permissions
Permissions depend on the app and version. An app may use internet access for an optional online feature or request notification permission for reminders. Its notice explains the purpose of relevant permissions and any advertising, billing, or analytics integration.
Manage permissions in Android Settings. Declining an optional permission may disable that feature. Teen Patti Adda's core gameplay works offline without an account; its privacy notice explains local storage, notifications, optional Google integrations, and deletion.
6. Retention & deletion
Local app and extension data remains on your device until you remove it using product or platform controls. Browser sync or backups, if used by a product, may retain separate copies under the platform's controls. App notices describe specific backup behavior.
We retain support correspondence and account, license, or order records only as needed to answer your request, provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal and accounting obligations. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for those purposes. Providers such as Google and Lemon Squeezy apply their own retention rules to information they hold.
To request deletion of information Exnta holds, email support@exnta.com with the product name and email used to contact us or purchase a license. We may need proportionate verification and will explain any records we must retain. We cannot remotely erase data stored only on your device. See Teen Patti Adda's local deletion instructions.
7. Your choices & rights
- Browser controls: Manage extension permissions, remove an extension, clear its stored data, or manage browser sync. Clear or block cookies in browser settings. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Android controls: Manage permissions and notifications, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. For apps supporting ads, use available in-app privacy options and Android advertising ID controls.
- Privacy requests: Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
8. Children & age requirements
Our website and browser extensions are not directed to children under 13. Android apps have their own intended audiences and age requirements, stated in their notices and store listings. Teen Patti Adda is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Future apps may have different audiences, described separately.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age for the service. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support so we can investigate and delete information we should not hold.
9. Security & international processing
We use HTTPS for this website and restrict access to information we hold to the purposes described here. Local data also depends on your device's security. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Hosting, support, analytics, and payment providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to the relevant processing. Provider policies explain their processing locations and transfer safeguards.
10. Policy updates
We update this policy and app notices when features, providers, or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Before a future app introduces different processing, we will describe it in its notice and provide additional notice or request consent where required. Publishing an update does not replace consent required for a new use of information.
